The location proved convenient, near the accademia bridge and a short vaporetto ride to san marco. i found the check-in and check-out processes streamlined. communication with the owner was effective. I received prompt responses to my inquiries. our room featured venetian decor and was kept impeccably clean.
i observed the need for some refurbishment in the room, as a slight musty smell was noticeable, and some items looked rusty.

Check-in was very easy. The hotel provided instructions by email and I verified the correct entrance. The lobby included coffee and tea. The room was regularly cleaned.
The TV made noise and I could not hear it! The room smelled like old house. I saw hairs in the corner that remained there throughout my stay.

The location was central. the room was clean, and the towels got changed daily. i could leave luggage on arrival. This allowed me to explore right away. two lovely cafes outside the hotel offered breakfast.
i found constant messages asking for city tax payment through a third-party website. some messages included incorrect links. the ac unit made disturbing noise when used for heating.
